Hi–I’m Kim
I am a certified holistic health coach and wellness enthusiast. I seek balance, vitality, good health and connection.
I wasn’t always here mentally, physically and spiritually.
I worked as a Creative Director in New York City for over a decade before experiencing the ultimate burn out. The stress of the job and “keeping up” took a toll on me. I felt fatigued and disconnected from my body.
I decided to take back control, to get healthy and happy. Believing I deserved to feel good and that I could feel good again was half the battle. I tapped into my mind and my body. I slowed down and listened. I gave myself grace. I took a closer look at what I was putting in my body and how it made me feel. I focused on my gut health, testing food sensitivities and incorporating holistic practices to strengthen my immune system naturally. I got back on the yoga mat and connected with my body. Started each morning with meditation and found the balance and spiritual guidance I needed.
That’s what I’m here to do with you.
